Buckwheat pancakes


160g black lentils (urad daal)

250g rice

30g buckwheat flour

Salt to taste

Method

Soak the lentil and rice in separate bowls overnight.

Grind grain with enough water to make a thick paste. Add the buckwheat flour and salt.

Heat a pan and spray some coconut oil. Pour about 1/4 cup at a time to make a pancakes.

Serve with coconut chutney.
