Lotus cheesecake

Ingredient

Filling 

700g cream cheese

5 eggs

200g sugar

200 g lotus spread

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Beat all together till creamy and pour over base. Bake at 325 for an hour then chill

Crust

185g cookie crumbs

90g butter melted

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Mix together all ingredients in a food processor then place in a springform pan. Press down and sides of pan. Chill for half an hour. Pour filling and bake as directed.
