Chana bhundi


1 cup bhundhi ( chick pea flour nuggets , available in Indian section of any supermarket)
1/2 cup boiled potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup boiled chick peas, drained
1/4 cup tamarind chutney
1 cup yogurt, whipped
Coriander leaves and sliced onions for garnish


Mix together yogurt and tamarind chutney and salt in a bowl. Mix all the other ingredients in a serving bowl and pour the yogurt mixture over it and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions. Sprinkle red Chilli powder for an extra tang!
