Ingredients

1 lb pitted dates stuffed with pistachio or almonds
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp powdered cardamom
Powdered cinnamon

Method

Line the stuffed dates in a flat platter and set aside. Melt butter and add the butter. Sauté till flour changes color to a sandy tone. Add cardamom powder and pour over the dates. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon
