Kachori


Ingredients

1 loaf of sliced bread, slices cut in circles with cookie cutter
Oil for deep frying
Filling
1 potato, boiled and mashed
2 tbsp green olives, sliced
2 green chillies chopped
1/4 cup or more of your favourate cheese
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp salt

Method

Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Dip the sliced bread in water to soften it and put a tablespoon of filling. Seal this with another soaked layer of bread and press to seal and form a round pâté. Deep fry in warm to hot oil
